Membership System
Chariti comes with membership system which allow them to login to user’s dashboard to view donation activities, edit profile, view project wish list and view transaction receipt.
Donation Process
Chariti comes with versatile donation process that allow users to donate with account, without account or even donate anonymously.
Chariti comes with two different payment method, Paypal and credit card. For credit card, Chariti comes with Stripe, Authorized.net payment gateways.
*Recurring donation also available but only with Paypal method.
Donation Receipt
User can login to the dashboard to view the full format of payment receipt directly. Also, there will be an email version sent to user’s email as well.
Admin Transaction Backend
You can easily view and manage transactions directly from admin backend. Each transaction’s status can be mark as pending(ie. for manual transfer), approved, rejected.
Admin can filter transaction by date range or individual project. Then admin can also export them in CSV format.
Email Notification Setting
Chariti can automatically send email notification to donors when they finish transaction. These email settings can be manually configured to suit your need.
Email notification for donor include – User registration complete, Donation complete, Donation pending, Donation rejected or cancelled.
Email notification for admin include – New user registration complete, Donation complete, Donation pending(ie. for offline payment.)
