iCal
iCal feature allows you to view bookings with third party calendar. However, please note that iCal in Tour Master doesn’t support two way syncing. You can only view bookings.
Editable Booking Form
Allow you to add more fields in booking form to gather more data. (*Used for gathering plain data only. This custom booking info has nothing to do with system calculation such as booking date.)
Multiple Deposit
You can set up to 5 deposits. Each deposit transaction made will appear in both customer and admin dashboard. Final payment can also be done via the system.
Manual Add Booking From Backend
This feature will allow admin toadd booking manually. This feature can be used when, for example, admin receives booking by phone from customer and want to put it in the site’s record.
Google Captcha
Google captcha is available for user registration, user login form. This will help your site prevent all those annoying spams.

For someone who want to use third party booking system but would like to use our theme, now you can embed the code in place of our booking bar.
Ability to edit price after booking
Now admin can edit price for specific customers after the booking.
Manual Edit Booking
This feature will allow admin to edit booking after customer done the booking. This feature can be used when, for example, customer wants to change travel date, traveler amount, etc.

Create Custom Packages
Now you can create custom packages for each tour. For ex., when you are selling transportation tickets, you can divide them into various seat types. When you are selling hop-on hop-off ticket, you can sell as 1 day, 2 days, 3 days ticket and so on…
Deposit Payment
With this feature, you can let customers pay some part of the payment and pay the rest later. You can specify the % of deposit in theme option.
Group Pricing
You can now sell the tour as the whole group. For example, when you are selling tour as a whole bus or when providing transportation services. (You can specify maximum people in single tour content area)
Group Discount
Now you can provide group discount for your customers. For example, 4-5 people get 10% discount, 6-10 people get 15% discount.
Advance Tour Search
In V2.0, we provide a super powerful tour searching tool! Customers can search tours with vary of filters including category, tag, duration, date, price, rating. We also provide a filter bar so customers can easily sort by tour title, price, rating, popularity, duration.
Custom Filter
More over, you can now create unlimited custom filters for your tours and even more, this can be applied to the searching tool as well!
Group Message
Now you can send a message to the certain group of customer (selected by travel date) at one time.
Auto Reminder
With this feature, you can create an auto reminder to your customers before traveling date. For example, to remind them to bring important documents or important stuff.
Tour Type & Timing
There are two types of tour, One Day and Multiple Days. And each of them can be a One Time or Recurring method. It also allows to set vary prices for the different time period as well.
Flexible pricing options
Fixed Price will be a price per person. Variable Price sets different price between Adult, Child, Student and Infant. Pricing that rely on hotel room amount is also available.
Paypal, credit cards & bank transfer
You can choose to use up-to three method of payment. The first one is Paypal. Second, Credit card (via Stripe and Authorized.net) and the last one is bank transfer.
Powerful search tool
The search bar allows user to search tours by Keywords, Location(Tour category), Tour duration, Travel date, Min and Max price.
Create coupon code
You will be able to set the coupon code, coupon amount, coupon
expiration date, discount type as percentage or specific credit amount.
